How do I create an ILL account?

New users must create an account in order to login and submit a request.
To create an account, follow the steps for First Time Users here https://ccny-cuny.illiad.oclc.org/illiad/FirstTime.html.
When signing up, be sure to use your City College email address EMPLID number on the form.
