How can I get help with database issues?

Please be advised. The CCNY proxy servers and the VPN conflict with each other, as both technologies are accomplishing the same goal in different ways. If you are experiencing this issue, you have two options.

  1. Use the VPN to use your work computer, and use its browser to access resource databases.
  2. Use the proxy servers with the VPN off on your home computer's browser.

If you are able to log into a database, but are having trouble accessing a specific article or ebook, please contact our contact Sean O'Heir, E-Resources Librarian, at soheir@ccny.cuny.edu.
