What can I request through ILL?

Journal Articles
- If a journal is unavailable through CCNY Libraries, use the citation information to request the article via the ILL article request form.
Book Chapters
- Book chapters or sections available outside of CUNY can also be requested through ILL.
Books
- If a book is unavailable at the CCNY Libraries, you must first check to see if it's available through other CUNY libraries. If so, you will need to request the book through CLICS, not ILL.
DVDs
- You can borrow DVDs through Interlibrary loan by submitting a request with the title and format, and the library will try to obtain it from another institution that lends audiovisual materials.
