How long will it take to get my ILL items?
Answer
Electronically-delivered articles and book chapters take approximately 1-3 days, Monday-Friday.
Requests submitted on the weekend will be processed on Mondays.
Books may take up to two weeks to arrive.
Some requests may take longer to fulfill. If you haven't received your item after 10 days, please email ill@ccny.cuny.edu.
